The overall goal of ORCHESTRA is to design and implement an open service oriented software architecture that will improve the interoperability among actors involved in Multi-Risk Management. Some of the results of ORCHESTRA will be used as input to the INSPIRE and GMES initiatives. Orchestra is an Integrated Project partly funded by the European Commission's 6th framework program, under the priority 2.3.2.9 Improving Risk Management.
